decade-plus, from the mid-40s to 1960. She graduated from Los
Angeles' Chouinard Art Institute, nowadays California Institute for the
Arts. After working in California in the 1940s, she became a successful,
New York City, mostly-textiles designer, with a 1950s-iconic and early
world-cultures perspective. She was a still-young 46 when she died.
